The ROCAM HELIOS 1/1 FLEX P2 is a carving station and warming plate suitable for food serving areas and dispensing lines. It is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel and chromed material. The warming plate is GN 1/1 size. It features a flexible infrared lamp with a red lamp and a modern design lampshade. The warming plate has a mechanical thermostat controlling a temperature range of +30 °C to +90 °C, and includes an indicator light. The infrared lamp has an independent lighting switch. An acrylic glass sneeze guard is fitted as standard. Variations include a stainless steel, lava, or oxide hot plate and a white or red infrared lamp.

The unit uses an infrared lamp to maintain food warmth, with the flexible lamp allowing precise positioning over the food.

The mechanical thermostat regulates the hot plate temperature between +30 °C and +90 °C, indicated by an operational light. The infrared lamp has its own independent switch. Food is placed on the GN 1/1 sized hot plate, with the infrared lamp positioned above for additional warming. An acrylic glass sneeze guard is supplied as standard.

Construction is from AISI 304 stainless steel and chromed material. The unit measures 540 mm in length, 447 mm in width, and 913 mm in height, weighing 17 kg.

Controls consist of a mechanical thermostat for the hot plate temperature and an independent switch for the infrared lamp. An indicator light shows the operational status.
