The Neumarker LaBowle is a warming dish designed for the warm-keeping of food and drinks. Its construction provides optimal visibility of the contents.

The appliance operates by heating the contents from below. An embedded heating element transfers heat to two aluminium plates, which then distribute this warmth evenly to the inner vessel. This method maintains food at serving temperatures.

To use the LaBowle, food or drink is placed in the 12 L inner container. The appliance is switched on using the on/off switch. A pilot light indicates that the unit is powered. The turning lid, which is removable, is then placed on top. The inner glass container is suitable for dishwashing. The outer glass is designed to be insulating, reducing the risk of burns and contributing to energy savings. This outer glass is also skid-proof and positioned within a gap for stability. A light signals when the heating plate is hot.

The warming dish offers two distinct temperature adjustments: one range is 50°-60 °C, and the other is 80°-90 °C.

The power consumption of this unit is 0.8 kW at 230 V. It measures 450 mm in length, 360 mm in width, and 385 mm in height. The total weight of the appliance is 13 kg.

Cleaning of the inner glass container can be done in a dishwasher. The heating element is embedded in aluminium plates.
