Stainless steel frame
This heating stove uses thick ceramic stone tiles to store and radiate warmth, keeping plated dishes at the right temperature on a buffet. The tiles absorb heat from an internal element and release it gradually, cutting the need for continuous power while maintaining a steady surface temperature. A 250 W heat lamp positioned above the plate forms a warm air layer that helps prevent heat loss from uncovered dishes, prolonging the time food stays warm without drying out.
The unit connects to a 230 V supply and is switched on. Adjust the thermostat to the desired setting, and the ceramic tiles begin warming. A pilot light indicates when the tiles reach the chosen temperature. The heat lamp can be turned on separately to direct extra warmth over the dishes. An acrylic glass shield at the front protects food from airborne particles while ensuring visibility for diners.
Constructed on a stainless-steel frame, the stove measures 510 mm deep, 560 mm wide, and 750 mm high. The heating surface features 500 × 500 mm ceramic stone tiles coated with silicon for durability and easy cleaning. The acrylic shield can be removed for sanitisation, and the ceramic tiles can be wiped with a damp cloth once cooled. With a 1.25 kW power rating, the unit is suitable for standard commercial worktops.
Part of Neumarker's Tibet line, this stove is designed for front-of-house use where dishes must stay at serving temperature for long periods.
