A fixing bracket holds the heating element firmly in place inside a commercial dishwasher. The element heats the wash water to the temperature the programme requires; if it shifts or vibrates, the water may not reach the set point, leaving dishes with residue or bacteria. The bracket clamps the element against the tank wall or heating tube, preventing movement while the pump circulates water at high flow rates.

To install the bracket, first isolate the dishwasher from the electrical supply. Open the machine and locate the heating element where it enters the tank. Slide the bracket over the element's collar or flange, align the fixing holes with the corresponding studs or threaded sockets on the tank, and secure it with the screws or nuts provided. Tighten evenly to avoid distorting the element. Once the bracket is in place, close the machine, restore power and run a test cycle to confirm the water reaches the correct temperature.

The bracket is a single pressed-metal component sized to fit the heating-element collars used in the listed DIHR and LUXIA models. It is supplied without additional hardware; the original fixing screws or nuts are reused where possible.
