An external glass panel forms the front window of a convection steam oven, letting kitchen staff watch the cooking process without opening the door. The glass withstands the oven's high humidity and temperature cycles, maintaining visibility while sealing the cavity against heat loss and steam escape.

This LF replacement kit restores the original external glass for PIRON convection steam ovens in the UMI series. The panel fits directly into the existing door frame, secured by the original fixings. No modifications or additional parts are required.

Installation follows the oven's standard door disassembly procedure: remove the inner door panel, release the retaining clips or screws, lift out the damaged glass, position the new panel, and reassemble the door in reverse order. Once fitted, the glass returns the oven to full operational condition, preserving heat retention and steam containment.

The kit is supplied as a single pre-cut glass panel, ready for immediate installation. It matches the original specifications for thickness, curvature and thermal resistance, ensuring compatibility with the oven's steam and convection cycles.
