An electronic circuit board controls the sequence of operations in a commercial glasswasher or cupwasher. It receives signals from sensors and switches, then activates pumps, heaters, valves and motors in the programmed order. Without this board, the machine cannot start a wash cycle, regulate water temperature or advance from one stage to the next.

The operator loads racks of glasses or cups, closes the door and selects a programme. The circuit board then manages the entire cycle: filling the tank, heating the water, spraying detergent, rinsing and draining. Each step is timed and monitored by the board, ensuring the correct pressure, temperature and duration for hygienic cleaning.

This LF board is a direct replacement for the original component in IME OMNIWASH 3500ST, 3600ST, 4000ST and 4100ST models. It is manufactured to the same electrical and mechanical specifications, allowing it to fit the existing connectors and mounting points without modification.

Installation requires basic electrical safety precautions: disconnecting the power supply, discharging any capacitors and verifying the absence of voltage before handling the board. Once fitted, the board restores the full range of wash programmes and safety interlocks the machine was designed to provide.

Cleaning and maintenance are limited to keeping the board free of moisture and detergent residue. The surrounding area should be wiped with a dry cloth after each service to prevent corrosion of the contacts.
