The operating principle of an electric ceramic stove involves heating elements positioned directly beneath a smooth ceramic glass surface. When activated, these elements generate heat which is then transferred through the ceramic to cookware placed on top. This method provides a flat, easy-to-clean cooking surface that heats up relatively quickly.

Each cooking zone on the stove is clearly delineated with serigraph markings, indicating the area for placing pots and pans. The control knobs and handles are constructed from heat-resistant materials, ensuring safe operation during use.

The appliance is built with AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a Scotch Brite finish for a professional appearance and durability. The cooking surface itself is coated with ceramic, designed for heat transfer and ease of cleaning.
