An electric soup kettle holds pre-cooked soups, sauces or gravies at serving temperature without scorching. The heating element sits submerged in a water jacket around the inner tank, transferring heat evenly through the water instead of directly onto the food. This indirect heating prevents hot spots and keeps the contents at a steady, adjustable temperature for hours.

To use the kettle, fill the outer water jacket to the stamped maximum line—about 1.5 L—then place the 8 L stainless-steel tank inside. Pour in the pre-heated soup or sauce, close the two-piece tempered-glass lid and set the desired temperature on the digital panel. The display shows the current and target temperatures, the elapsed time and the last-used setting, which is recalled automatically when the kettle is switched on again. The insulated handle and hinged lid allow safe opening and closing while the kettle remains on the worktop.

The body is made of high-temperature-resistant polypropylene, while the inner tank and heating element are stainless steel AISI 304 for durability and easy cleaning. The lid has an aluminium hinge and a cut-out that fits over a standard cooker tap for filling. A built-in card holder on the lid keeps product labels visible.

The control panel offers one-degree increments from 35 °C to 85 °C, allowing precise warm-holding for different recipes. A 0.5 kW heating element draws power from a standard 220–240 V single-phase circuit, suitable for most professional kitchens. The compact footprint—365 mm diameter and 325 mm height—fits on a worktop or shelf without crowding other equipment.

After service, the stainless-steel tank lifts out for washing, and the water jacket can be wiped clean. The polypropylene outer body resists stains and heat, while the tempered-glass lid can be removed for thorough cleaning of the hinge and seal.
