Electric stove with 4 x 3,0 kW + 2 x 4,0 kW burners with open stand
An electric stove transfers energy directly from heating elements into cast-iron hotplates, raising their temperature quickly and evenly. The heat then conducts into pots and pans, allowing rapid boiling, searing or simmering. Because the elements are beneath the plates, the surface stays clean and there is no open flame to manage. A thermostat on each plate divides the power into six regulated steps plus an off position, so the chef can match the output to the dish without overheating the oil or scorching the food. The operator places a pot on one of the 300 mm square cast-iron plates, selects the desired power level with the six-position knob, and watches the indicator light to confirm the plate is heating. When the light glows, the element is drawing current and the plate is rising to the set temperature. The same sequence repeats for each plate independently, so several dishes can cook at once at different intensities. A safety device cuts power if a plate exceeds its safe operating range, preventing damage to the element or the pan. The stove is built on a pressed stainless-steel worktop 2 mm thick, grade AISI 304, which resists corrosion and staining. Each 300 mm cast-iron hotplate is sealed to the worktop with a watertight joint, stopping liquid from seeping underneath. Rounded corners and a continuous moulded recess around the edge catch any spills, keeping them on the surface where they can be wiped away. The entire unit measures 1200 mm wide, 900 mm deep and 850 mm high, giving a generous cooking area while fitting through standard kitchen doorways. Power is supplied at 400 V three-phase, 50 or 60 Hz, the standard circuit for heavy-duty catering equipment. The 20 kW rating indicates the total load the stove places on the supply when all plates are at full power; in practice, the thermostats reduce the draw by cycling the elements on and off. The stove weighs 126 kg, so it is moved on a trolley or with two people and stays stable on the floor without bolting down. The seamless stainless-steel worktop with moulded spill channels lets you wipe away grease and sauce splashes without scrubbing corners or joints. The watertight seals prevent water from reaching the elements, and the smooth stainless surface allows quick wiping. The moulded recess collects spills, so they do not run onto the floor. No disassembly is needed for routine cleaning, and the cast-iron plates can be lifted out if deeper cleaning is required. The DOMINA PRO 900 is a single model with no variants. It is listed in the catalogue under electric stoves for professional kitchens.
