Electric cooker with 2 x 3.0 kW burners with open stand
This electric stove uses cast-iron plates to deliver consistent heat for boiling, frying, or simmering. A safety mechanism automatically cuts power if the plates overheat, reducing the risk of damage or fire. The design ensures even heat distribution, preventing hot spots under pans.
The MAGISTRA PLUS 900 features two square hotplates, each measuring 300 mm. The front plate operates at 3 kW, while the rear plate runs at 4 kW, both heating rapidly and maintaining steady temperatures. A smaller, recessed plate at the back provides 2.5 kW for gentler cooking or keeping food warm. Indicator lights above each plate clearly show when they are active.
To operate, the stove connects to a 400 V three-phase supply. The user adjusts the heat using control knobs, and the raised edges around the plates help contain spills. Once cooking is complete, the plates must cool before cleaning.
The worktop is made from a single 1 mm sheet of AISI 18/10 stainless steel, welded to create a seamless, corrosion-resistant surface that is easy to clean. The cast-iron plates are sealed to the top to prevent liquid from seeping underneath. The stove measures 400 mm deep, 900 mm wide, and 850 mm high, allowing it to fit neatly against a wall or alongside other modules.
Each knob controls the power level of one hotplate. The total 6 kW load requires a dedicated three-phase circuit, typical in professional kitchens.
Weighing 78 kg, the stove should be moved using a trolley or with assistance. Its 400×900 mm footprint determines the space needed on a worktop or floor. The 400 V three-phase connection means it cannot be used with single-phase domestic supplies.
For maintenance, the stainless-steel surface can be wiped with a damp cloth and detergent. The cast-iron plates should be cleaned with a scraper and a non-abrasive pad once cooled. Avoid pouring water over hot plates to prevent thermal shock, which could crack the iron.
The MAGISTRA PLUS 900 is built for professional kitchens, offering fast, even heating and modular alignment.
