A ceramic stove transfers heat through radiant elements beneath a smooth, durable ceramic surface. The elements warm the ceramic, which then conducts heat evenly to pots and pans placed on top. This method eliminates open flames, reduces hot spots and keeps the cooking area clean, as spills do not burn onto exposed burners.

To use the CASTA LADY 700, the operator first adjusts the four stainless-steel legs to level the unit on the worktop. Each of the two 2.5 kW heating zones is marked with a serigraph that shows the correct pan position. The operator places the pan within the marked circle, turns the corresponding heat-resistant knob to the desired setting and waits for the ceramic to reach temperature. The cool-grip material of the knobs remains safe to touch even when the surface is hot. Once cooking is complete, the operator turns the knob to zero and removes the pan.

The entire appliance is constructed from AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of cleaning. The neutral cabinet beneath the cooking surface provides enclosed storage for utensils or ingredients, keeping the worktop organised. Adjustable legs allow the stove to be raised or lowered to match adjacent equipment.

The 400 V 3-phase supply powers two independent 2.5 kW heating zones, each drawing enough current for rapid heat-up and sustained high-temperature cooking. The 400 mm depth, 700 mm width and 850 mm height create a compact footprint that fits between standard worktops and cupboards in a professional kitchen.

After use, the ceramic surface can be wiped clean with a damp cloth once it has cooled. The stainless-steel body and cabinet are washed with mild detergent and water, avoiding abrasive pads that could damage the Scotch Brite finish. The heat-resistant knobs are removed for thorough cleaning if necessary.
