The MBM DOMINA PRO 900 FTBE98TLR is an electric fry top designed for professional kitchens. This appliance uses an electric heating element beneath a solid steel plate to cook food. The heat is transferred directly from the plate surface to the food placed upon it, allowing for searing and griddling.

The cooking plate is constructed from smooth steel, measuring 15 mm in thickness, and features rounded corners at the front. It is available with either a polished or solid chrome finish. For grease management, the fry top incorporates a removable stainless steel basin with a 2.5-litre capacity.

A Teflon cap is offered as an optional accessory. The unit operates on a 50 Hz frequency and requires a 400 V, 3 N electrical supply, with a power rating of 14 kW. Its dimensions are 800 mm in length, 900 mm in width, and 250 mm in height, with a total weight of 100 kg. The catalogue places this item under electric griddle tops.
