The CASTA electric ribbed griddle, article P7/KTE2BBRK, is suitable for countertop installation.

This griddle features a ribbed surface for direct food cooking and creating grill marks. Electric elements heat the plate, made of conductive material for even temperature distribution. Food is placed directly onto the hot surface, searing while fats and juices drain away.
