A professional and durable electric grill that ensures even heat distribution and easy cleaning. Equipped with safety features, it is ideal for professional kitchens.
An electric ribbed grill surface heats a solid chrome cooking plate with embedded elements beneath its surface. The heat spreads evenly across the plate, allowing precise control over the cooking temperature for searing, grilling or frying without direct flame. The ribbed design leaves characteristic char marks on food while excess fat drains away, reducing flare-ups and keeping the workspace cleaner. A rear flue chimney draws steam and smoke upwards, improving ventilation and keeping the air in the kitchen clearer during service. The operator sets the thermostat between 100 °C and 240 °C, then preheats the plate until the indicator confirms the chosen temperature. Food is placed directly on the ribbed surface; the raised ridges create contact points that sear the food while the valleys allow fat to run off into the front drainage channel. A removable fat collection drawer beneath the drain hole catches the grease for easy disposal. Side splashguards prevent grease from splattering onto adjacent worktops or walls, and the rounded stainless-steel cabinet below provides enclosed storage for utensils or ingredients within arm's reach. The entire unit is constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage in busy kitchens. The 15 mm thick chrome cooking plate retains heat well and resists warping under repeated heating and cooling cycles. Control knobs and handles use heat-resistant material with cool-grip technology, allowing safe adjustment even when the plate is hot. A manually resettable safety thermostat cuts power if the temperature exceeds the set limit, protecting the appliance and the operator. A 12 kW power rating requires a 400 V three-phase supply, the standard circuit in professional kitchens for high-demand appliances. The 800 mm width and 900 mm depth give a generous cooking area that fits into most commercial worktop layouts, while the 850 mm height keeps the surface at a comfortable working level. The weight of the unit means it is moved on castors or with a pallet truck, not lifted by hand. Cleaning follows the construction: the chrome plate is wiped down after each service, the grease drain and collection drawer are emptied and rinsed, and the splashguards and cabinet are washed with a mild detergent. The Scotch Brite finish reduces visible scratches and makes daily upkeep quicker. The front grease drawer and splashguards lift out without tools so the entire chrome plate can be scrubbed while the unit is still warm from service. The LADYQ 900 is a single model with no variants; it is placed in the catalogue under electric fry tops and professional griddles.
