A vertical chicken grill rotates food on spits above a heating element, circulating hot air evenly around each piece. The heat radiates from below and reflects off the interior walls, cooking the meat through without drying the surface. Independent control of each spit allows different items to cook at once, adjusting the rotation speed and heat level for each product type. The glass door retains heat while letting staff monitor progress without opening the unit, reducing energy loss and maintaining consistent results.

The operator loads raw chicken or other meats onto the four tubular stainless steel spits, securing each piece with the prongs. After closing the tempered glass door, the power is set to the required level for the product. Each spit is started individually, allowing one to cook poultry while another holds kebabs or joints. The interior lighting illuminates the cooking area, making it easy to check browning and doneness. A removable fat collection bucket beneath the spits catches drippings, preventing flare-ups and simplifying cleaning.

The grill's frame is constructed from ribbed and reinforced stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress under continuous use. The Low-E tempered glass door withstands high temperatures and provides a clear view of the cooking process. Four tubular spits, each 12 mm by 12 mm in section and 960 mm long, are driven by a 230 V motor that operates quietly and reliably.

A 10 kW power rating indicates the load the grill places on the electrical supply, requiring a 400 V three-phase circuit. This voltage is standard in professional kitchens, allowing the grill to run alongside other high-demand equipment without overloading the system. The compact footprint of 1121 mm wide, 391 mm deep and 640 mm high fits into tight worktop spaces while still accommodating four full-length spits.

Cleaning involves removing the fat collection bucket and emptying it after each service. The stainless steel interior and spits can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the glass door is cleaned with a non-abrasive glass cleaner to maintain visibility. The spits are detachable for thorough cleaning, and the motor housing is sealed to prevent water ingress during wipe-downs.
