6 stainless steel tubular spits 12 x 12 mm, 760 mm
A vertical chicken grill rotates whole birds or joints on spits above a radiant heat source, browning the skin evenly while the meat cooks through. The heat rises from below, striking the food directly and reflecting off the chamber walls, so every surface receives consistent warmth without drying. A fan is not needed; the natural convection of hot air inside the sealed chamber keeps the temperature steady around the rotating spits. Each spit turns independently, letting you start or stop individual loads as the kitchen demands, so one grill can handle different items at once without mixing flavours or cooking times.
Load the spits by sliding the prongs through the meat, securing the ends with the supplied forks. Close the tempered glass door to seal the chamber, then set each spit motor to run. The internal lighting switches on automatically, casting a clear view of the cooking progress through the glass. As the meat turns, fat drips into a removable tray beneath the spits, keeping the chamber cleaner and reducing flare-ups. When the birds are golden and the internal temperature is reached, lift the door and slide the spits out onto a tray or stand.
The grill is built from stainless steel, reinforced with rigid ribs and ceramic insulation to hold the heat inside the chamber. The front door is tempered Low-E glass, which reflects infrared back into the chamber while still letting you watch the food. Six tubular stainless steel spits, each 760 mm long with a 12 mm square cross-section, run on independent motors so you can programme each one separately. A removable fat collection container sits below the spits, catching drips during cooking and making cleaning easier.
The 11 kW power rating means the grill draws a substantial load, so it must be connected to a dedicated 400 V three-phase circuit. The 65 kg weight requires a stable worktop or stand, and the 921 mm width, 391 mm depth and 1220 mm height determine the space it occupies on the kitchen line. The tempered glass door and ceramic insulation keep the outer surfaces cooler than uninsulated models, reducing the risk of accidental burns.
Cleaning involves removing the fat collection container and emptying it after each service. The spits and forks lift out for washing in a sink or dishwasher. The stainless steel interior wipes down with a damp cloth, and the glass door can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner to maintain visibility. The ceramic insulation does not absorb grease, so it stays clean with occasional brushing.
The Elangrill 24P-ELBA is a vertical chicken grill designed for small to medium production volumes, placed in the catalogue under electric rotisseries and poultry equipment.
