Easy-to-assemble construction, made of stainless steel.
A handing cabinet stores prepared dishes at serving temperature while keeping them within easy reach of the pass. Instead of swinging doors that block the aisle, this unit uses a sliding panel that travels along a horizontal track. The operator pulls the door to one side, loads or unloads the shelf, and closes the panel without stepping back. The design saves floor space in tight kitchen layouts and reduces the risk of collisions during service. The cabinet holds dishes on adjustable shelves that can be repositioned to fit different tray heights. Each shelf rests on brackets that clip into vertical slots, allowing the operator to set the spacing without tools. The interior remains accessible from the front, so staff can organise plates, bowls or containers without reaching over a fixed shelf. Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for resistance to corrosion, heat and frequent cleaning. The exterior surfaces are smooth and seamless, with no crevices where food debris or moisture can collect. The unit stands on adjustable feet that level it on uneven floors and prevent rocking during use. An equipotential pin is fitted to the frame, providing a connection point for earth bonding. This ensures the cabinet is electrically safe when installed near other metal equipment or wet areas. The footprint of 1200 mm width, 400 mm depth and 600 mm height fits against a wall or between other worktop units. The shallow depth keeps the contents visible and accessible without overhanging into the aisle. The 1200 mm width allows two standard gastronorm trays to be stored side by side. Assembly tools are included in the delivery, and the unit arrives in compact cardboard packaging to simplify handling and storage before installation. Stainless steel doors glide smoothly over the frame without warping, so grease and steam wipe off before they can dry. Stainless steel surfaces can be wiped with a damp cloth and sanitised with standard kitchen chemicals. The sliding door track should be cleared of dust or grease build-up to ensure smooth operation. Shelves and brackets can be removed for thorough cleaning or to replace them if damaged.
