Easy-to-assemble construction, made of stainless steel.
A handing cabinet keeps prepared plates, trays or ingredients within reach of the pass, letting kitchen staff slide the door open and retrieve items without disturbing the workflow. The sliding mechanism runs on horizontal tracks mounted above and below the opening, so the door never swings into the aisle or blocks access. This design saves floor space and reduces the risk of collisions in busy service areas. The cabinet is loaded from the front: adjustable shelves are set at the required height, and plates or trays are placed directly on them. The sliding door is then closed to protect the contents from airborne particles and temperature fluctuations. When an order is ready to leave the kitchen, the door is slid open, the item is removed, and the door is closed again. The process is repeated throughout service without the door ever projecting into the working area. The seamless stainless steel body lets you wipe away grease and sanitiser without trapping moisture or harbouring bacteria between shifts. The unit measures 800 mm wide, 400 mm deep and 600 mm high, giving a compact footprint that fits between worktops or under wall shelves. Assembly tools are included, and the cabinet arrives in flat-pack form for easier handling through doorways and corridors. Inside, adjustable shelves allow the interior to be organised for different tray sizes or plate heights. A protective equipotential pin is fitted to the body, providing a safe connection point for earth bonding in commercial electrical installations. The 800 mm width is a standardised dimension that matches common pass-through widths and worktop depths, so the cabinet integrates neatly with existing kitchen layouts. The depth of 400 mm keeps the unit shallow enough to reach the back without stretching, while the 600 mm height provides sufficient vertical storage without exceeding typical worktop heights. Cleaning is straightforward: shelves can be removed for washing, and the smooth stainless-steel surfaces are wiped down with standard kitchen sanitiser. The sliding door tracks should be kept free of debris to ensure smooth operation, and the equipotential pin should be checked periodically to confirm it remains securely connected.
