Easy-to-assemble construction, made of stainless steel.
A handing cabinet keeps plated dishes, trays or ingredients within arm's reach while freeing the worktop. The sliding door moves along a horizontal track, so it never swings into the aisle or knocks against nearby equipment. This design is standard for tight kitchen layouts where every centimetre of aisle space counts.
Inside, adjustable shelves let the operator organise the cabinet for the day's menu. Each shelf rests on paired brackets that clip into vertical slots, so the spacing can be raised or lowered without tools. The shelves themselves are flat, rigid panels that support the weight of stacked plates or shallow gastronorm trays.
The cabinet is delivered in a flat, compact cardboard box that fits through standard doorways and lifts. Assembly tools are included, so the unit can be put together on site with basic hand tools. Once assembled, the cabinet stands on four adjustable feet that level it on uneven floors and prevent it from rocking.
The body is made of stainless steel, which resists corrosion from kitchen humidity and frequent wiping. The sliding door runs on a low-friction track, so it opens and closes with minimal effort. A protective equipotential pin is fitted to the frame, allowing the cabinet to be bonded to the kitchen's earth system for electrical safety.
Overall dimensions of 800 mm wide, 300 mm deep and 600 mm high give the cabinet a narrow footprint that fits between workstations or against a wall. The depth of 300 mm is typical for handing cabinets, allowing trays to be stored without overhanging the worktop behind.
Cleaning is straightforward: shelves lift out for washing, and the smooth stainless steel surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth. The sliding track should be kept free of debris to ensure the door moves smoothly.
