Assembly begins with unpacking the flat-packed components from the cardboard carton. The legs bolt to the underside of the top, and the shelf brackets slot into the pre-drilled holes. Assembly tools are supplied, so no additional equipment is needed. Once assembled, the table is positioned where it will be used, the feet are adjusted for level, and the shelf is set at the desired height. The frame and top are made entirely of stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to moisture, heat and cleaning chemicals. The surface is smooth and seamless, with no crevices where food debris can collect. A protective equipotential pin is fitted to the frame, allowing the table to be bonded to the kitchen's earth system for electrical safety. The table measures 1600 mm long, 700 mm deep and 850 mm high. The length provides ample space for multiple tasks or several operators working side by side, while the depth keeps everything within easy reach without overcrowding the worktop. The height places the surface at a standard worktop level, matching other kitchen equipment for a continuous workflow. Cleaning requires only a damp cloth and mild detergent; the stainless steel surface wipes clean without staining or retaining odours. The shelf and underside of the top should be checked periodically for trapped debris, and the adjustable feet inspected to ensure the table remains level.
