hose-end fitting ø 13 mm
A drain elbow carries waste water from the drip tray or boiler drain of an espresso machine to the external plumbing. The 3/4" thread matches the standard outlet size used on most professional espresso boilers and drip trays, allowing a secure, leak-free connection to flexible or rigid waste lines.
The elbow shape turns the flow 90°, directing water downward into a floor drain or collection vessel without kinking the hose. On machines with fixed drain points, the elbow is the only part that protrudes below the chassis, so it must be robust enough to withstand knocks and the weight of the hose.
To install, unscrew the old elbow if present, clean the threaded port on the machine, wrap the new thread with PTFE tape, and screw the elbow in until hand-tight. Check for leaks with a short test run and tighten further if needed. No tools are required beyond the tape and a cloth to catch residual water.
The elbow is a direct replacement for the OEM part on the listed models, ensuring an exact fit and correct flow rate. It fits the following espresso-machine brands and ranges:
Cimbali: M20, M21, M24, M24 Select, M27, M30, M31, M32, M39, M39-GT
