Gravity keeps the stack aligned, and the collar is sized so that only the bottom vessel protrudes. When an operator pulls the lowest cup, the next one drops into place, ready for the next customer. This method eliminates reaching into a shelf or bin, reduces breakage and speeds service during peak hours.

To load the BHS-F B23, the operator lifts the stack, places the first cup on the collar, then lowers the rest on top. The shallow collar allows the cup to clear the ring when pulled, while the weight of the stack above prevents it from tipping. The dispenser is fixed to the worktop, so the column stays vertical and the cups remain accessible at a consistent height.

The body is made of polished stainless steel, which resists corrosion and staining from moisture and cleaning agents. The collar is also steel, with a smooth finish that does not scratch the rims of the vessels.
