The holder relies on silicone rings that press against the cup's sides, centring it without scratching. By swapping the rings, the same box accommodates cups from 73 mm to 121 mm in diameter. No tools are needed; the rings snap in and out by hand.

To load, the operator places the cup into the opening and lets the silicone grip it. The cup stays upright until lifted out, even if the worktop is jostled. No clamps, levers or locks are used, so the sequence is quick and silent.

The box is moulded from a single piece of durable plastic, chosen for its resistance to heat, moisture and frequent cleaning. The collar that frames the opening comes in two finishes: black for the Z12 model, chrome for the Z11 variant. Both collars are press-fitted and can be replaced if scratched or stained.
