A cup holder built to keep service flowing in a busy catering kitchen, the BHS-F B15 secures glasses while staff move between worktop, tap and pass. The holder does not chill or heat; it simply grips the glass by its rim, letting the base rest on the worktop. A silicone ring cushions the contact point, reducing noise and preventing slippage when the glass is lifted or set down. Because the holder adjusts to different diameters, a single unit can take espresso cups, juice glasses and tumblers without swapping parts.
Installation is surface-mounted. The collar clamps around the rim of a hole cut in the worktop, while the body drops through and locks beneath. No tools are needed once the hole is made, and the holder can be moved or removed without leaving marks. The visible collar measures 138 mm across, so the cut-out must be slightly smaller to allow the clamp to bite. The total length of the body below the worktop is 558 mm, which determines how far the holder projects into the cupboard space beneath.
To use, the operator slides the glass into the holder until the rim rests on the silicone ring. The holder is spring-loaded, so it opens to the set diameter and closes again when the glass is removed. No settings are adjusted during service; the diameter is pre-set during installation to match the glassware in use. The holder remains in place while the glass is filled, carried or emptied, freeing both hands for other tasks.
The body is made of metal, chosen for stiffness and resistance to knocks from trays and utensils. The silicone ring is replaceable and can be cleaned separately. No electrical parts or moving mechanisms are exposed, so the holder can be wiped down with a damp cloth between services. The adjustable clamp mechanism is accessed from below the worktop, allowing the diameter to be changed without removing the holder.
The 138 mm collar diameter means the holder occupies a compact footprint on the worktop, leaving room for adjacent taps, prep areas or till points. The 558 mm length below the worktop may require planning around shelving or plumbing in the cupboard beneath. The 102 mm detail dimension refers to the depth of the holder's grip, ensuring it can accommodate taller glasses without tipping.
A single model is offered, with no variants. The holder is designed to fit standard catering worktops and is not specific to any brand of glassware or equipment.
