This static freezer-refrigerator cabinet offers two distinct cooling zones within a single unit. The freezer section keeps items frozen, while the refrigerator compartment maintains chilled temperatures. Both use plate evaporators and the cooling gas R600a to transfer heat out of the interior, relying on natural circulation for consistent cooling without drying stored goods. This design suits both delicate produce and prepared dishes well.

Temperature settings for each zone are managed through automatic controls. The freezer operates between -18 °C and -22 °C, and the refrigerator ranges from +2 °C to +8 °C. The system maintains these temperatures automatically, with the plate evaporators cycling as needed. Ice build-up in the freezer is prevented by an automatic defrost function, and condensed water evaporates without manual intervention. LED lighting provides clear visibility when the doors are opened.

The exterior is constructed from wood and ABS, available in dark walnut, light walnut, or carbon finishes. Inside, the freezer walls are either white or black for easy organisation. The unit includes six fixed shelves measuring 480 x 440 mm and three grids at 505 x 415 mm, plus one grid at 505 x 215 mm. The cabinet stands 1860 mm tall with external dimensions of 1280 x 610 mm, offering 340 L of capacity in each compartment.

Powered by a 220-240 V electrical supply, the cabinet is suitable for most professional kitchens. The freezer consumes 380 W, while the refrigerator uses 185 W. Weighing 290 kg, the unit requires floor installation and may need two people to move safely. With 45 mm insulation, it maintains efficiency even in environments up to +32 °C.
