A refrigerated display counter keeps chilled food and drinks visible to customers while holding them at safe serving temperatures. The unit draws heat out of the interior through a cooling coil and expels it at the rear, creating a steady cold zone that preserves freshness without freezing. Glass panels on three sides let customers see the items without opening the counter, reducing temperature swings and energy use.

The operator loads the counter from the top or through the front sliding door, placing items on the two adjustable wire grills. Each grill can be positioned at different heights to fit taller bottles or shallow trays. Once loaded, the counter maintains the set temperature automatically, cycling the compressor as needed to keep the interior cool. A digital control panel on the side lets the operator adjust the temperature range and monitor the current reading.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, removing the grills to wash them separately, and defrosting the interior periodically to keep the cooling system efficient. The glass panels should be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner to avoid scratches that could obscure the view of the products.
