A fan-cooled display showcase keeps chilled food at precise temperatures by circulating cold air evenly across every shelf. The refrigeration unit draws heat from the interior and expels it through a condenser, while a fan distributes the cooled air continuously. This method prevents hot spots and ensures consistent visibility and freshness for items on display, even when the front flaps are opened frequently.

The OMNIA 4DSP is loaded from the rear through two double-glazed doors that maintain thermal insulation. Each of the four glass shelves has a hinged Plexiglas front flap that lifts to allow serving while minimising cold-air loss. The refrigerated well at the base is adjustable to three heights and can be removed entirely for thorough cleaning. A drain tap simplifies maintenance of the well.

The structure combines tempered glass with a stainless steel frame and laminated wood panelling. Shelves are supported by glass uprights, giving an unobstructed view of the food. The unit stands on height-adjustable feet, and the panelling is designed to be removed easily for access to internal components.

Controls are minimal: the refrigeration system runs automatically, with the evaporator defrosting on a set cycle. The temperature for each shelf is pre-set—from +2 °C at the bottom to +8 °C at the top—so no manual adjustment is required during service.

A power rating of 0.48 kW indicates a modest electrical load suitable for a standard 230 V single-phase circuit, typical in professional kitchens. The external footprint of 1496 × 747 mm fits within a standard worktop depth, while the display area of 1450 × 735 mm provides ample space for four GN1/1 gastronorm trays. The total weight of 260 kg means the unit is moved on a pallet truck or with at least two operators.

Cleaning involves removing the refrigerated well and wiping down the glass shelves and interior surfaces. The drain tap allows water to be flushed from the well without spillage. Panelling can be detached for deeper access to the refrigeration components.

The showcase is available in a range of finishes—laminated wood, stainless steel, powder-coated, or over-panelled in laminated wood—and in over twenty colours, including silver, rose, saffron, lime, sky, and matte black. Optional accessories include foldable dish holders in laminated wood or stainless steel, tray slides, and custom adhesive stickers. A 45° cut option is available for specific tray-slide configurations, and a UK plug can be fitted for an additional charge.
