The unit features tempered folding glass doors that provide clear visibility of the contents while protecting them from contamination. Inside, a deep-drawn AISI 304 stainless steel tank with rounded corners ensures easy cleaning and high hygiene standards. The flat top surface offers additional workspace for plating or preparation.

Cooling is delivered by a double static upper evaporator, which distributes cold air evenly across the cabinet. An automatic water collection tray simplifies maintenance by catching condensation. High Power LED lighting illuminates the contents brightly and efficiently, with no heat output.

Temperature control is managed via the Sayl-Blue digital thermostat, allowing precise settings for the main compartment or the steel shelf. The case operates on a standard single-phase 230 V supply, with a compact footprint that fits neatly along counters or against walls. Its height ensures food is displayed at eye level for seated customers.

Cleaning is straightforward: wipe the stainless steel interior with mild detergent, rinse the water collection tray, and polish the glass doors. The LED lighting and static evaporator require no maintenance, as they have no moving parts or consumable components.
