This mobile rack is designed to transport up to seven 50x50 gastronorm baskets without manual lifting. Vertical L-shaped guides secure each basket by its rim, preventing movement or tipping during transit. The guides attach to a stainless-steel frame mounted on four swivel castors, enabling easy navigation through tight spaces and over uneven flooring.

Baskets slide into the guides from the front or side, depending on kitchen workflow. Once loaded, the trolley moves effortlessly between stations such as ovens, chillers, or prep areas. An optional brake kit can be added to lock two castors, ensuring stability during loading and unloading.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the frame resists corrosion and withstands frequent cleaning. Four non-marking bumpers protect surrounding surfaces from damage.

Weighing 23 kg, the trolley remains lightweight for single-person operation yet stable when fully loaded. Its capacity suits typical batch sizes in professional bakeries or central production kitchens.
