The unit holds a 12 litre water tank inside the cabinet; a foot pedal opens the tap, releasing water into the stainless-steel bowl. Because the tap is foot-operated, the operator's hands stay clean and the flow stops as soon as the pedal is released, conserving water.

The basin is mounted on castors, allowing it to be rolled to prep areas, server stations or outdoor events. A disposal bucket sits inside the cabinet, collecting waste without the need for a separate bin. The top lifts off for refilling the water tank or emptying the bucket. A paper-towel holder and soap dispenser are fitted to the front, keeping essentials within reach.
