Custom cooker hood Novameta HNPA-Project

This corner cooker hood is designed to extract grease, steam and cooking smells where two work surfaces meet, maintaining a cleaner and safer kitchen. The Novameta HNPA-Project employs cyclonic filtration: contaminated air enters the hood and is spun rapidly. Centrifugal force pushes grease particles against the filter walls, where they collect and drain away, while purified air moves to the exhaust system. The process captures most grease particles without disposable filters, lowering fire risk and reducing duct cleaning frequency.

Installation involves placing the hood above the corner cooking area, linking the exhaust collars to the ducting, and activating the motors. An adjustable damper regulates airflow to suit the kitchen's ventilation demands. Five stainless-steel cyclonic filters are installed and can be removed for cleaning. Integrated LED lighting brightens the work area, with a separate switch for turning the lights off during thorough cleaning. After cooking, the grease tray is removed, emptied, and washed, while the filters can be wiped or run through a dishwasher.

Constructed entirely from 0.8–1.0 mm AISI 304 stainless steel, the hood includes exterior panels, grease filters, and a removable tray. The powder-coated finish resists corrosion and staining, and the IP65-rated LED lighting is protected against moisture and grease. Two exhaust collars, each 315 mm in diameter, manage a combined maximum airflow. The hood's width can be tailored in 10 mm steps from 700 mm to 1400 mm to fit the corner space precisely.

The cyclonic grease filters are dishwasher-safe and intended for daily cleaning to prevent grease accumulation, which could pose a fire risk. The removable grease tray simplifies disposal of collected particles. Exterior panels can be cleaned with a damp cloth, while the stainless-steel interior may need occasional scrubbing for stubborn deposits. The hood is available in wall or island versions, with optional decorative panels to complement the kitchen's appearance.

Custom widths between 700 mm and 1400 mm are offered, each size adjusting capacity and cost. The HNPA-Project is built for professional HoReCa kitchens, prioritising high-efficiency filtration and fire safety.
