A refrigerated roll-top display case keeps prepared food chilled while letting customers see and reach it without opening a door. The unit circulates cold air inside a sealed compartment; the acrylic lid slides back so staff can load or serve, then closes to keep the temperature steady. This method prevents warm air from entering, so the food stays safe and the compressor runs less often than in a cabinet with a hinged door.
To use the CPBREC11, slide the acrylic lid open, place food on the eutectic steel plate or in the utensil tray, then close the lid. The eutectic plate absorbs heat from the food and releases it slowly, smoothing out temperature swings when the lid is opened. A stainless steel drip tray underneath catches condensation, keeping the worktop dry. The bamboo wall at the back gives a natural look and helps organise small items.
The case is built with a stainless steel frame and a roll-top acrylic lid that moves on quiet runners. Inside, the eutectic steel plate is sized to fit a GN 1/1 gastronorm tray, so standard catering containers slide straight in. A removable utensil tray sits above the plate; the drip tray below is also removable for emptying and cleaning.
Controls are simple: a thermostat sets the temperature inside the case. The 850 mm width fits on most worktops, while the 14 kg weight allows one person to move it without a trolley. The footprint of 850 x 485 mm leaves room for other equipment on the counter.
Cleaning follows from the parts: remove the drip tray and utensil tray, wash them in warm water, then dry and replace. Wipe the acrylic lid and bamboo wall with a damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the surfaces. The eutectic plate can be cleaned with a mild detergent, but do not use sharp tools that might damage the coating.
The CPBREC11 is a single model; no variants are listed. It is placed in the catalogue under refrigerated display cases for counter service.
