A convection oven circulates hot air around the cavity with a fan, spreading heat evenly across every shelf. This forced-air movement cooks food faster and more uniformly than static heat, eliminating cold spots and allowing multiple trays to bake or roast at the same time without flavour transfer.

The operator loads trays of food onto the wire racks, closes the door and sets the temperature dial to the required level up to 250 °C. A timer can be started once the oven reaches the set point, and the fan runs continuously to maintain airflow. When the cycle finishes, the trays are removed and the oven is ready for the next batch.

The Roll grill unit is built as a single stainless-steel cabinet with a full-width door and a fan mounted at the rear. The 550 mm width and depth fit standard worktop spaces, while the 355 mm height leaves clearance for overhead cupboards. The 21 kg weight allows two people to lift it onto a counter or trolley without specialist equipment.
