A high speed oven fuses three distinct heat treatments into one chamber. Radiant elements heat the air and the surfaces of food, while microwaves penetrate deeper to cook from within. A third technology circulates the hot air, ensuring even browning and crisping without turning or flipping. The result is food that is cooked through, golden on the outside and moist inside in a fraction of the time a conventional oven would take.

The SPEEDOVEN X90 follows this principle in a compact counter-top unit. The operator selects a dedicated recipe or configures custom settings, then loads the appropriate accessory: a round pizza tray for flatbreads, a perforated Teflon basket for delicate items, a grill plate for meats, or a perforated washer for vegetables. Once the door is closed, the oven applies the programmed combination of heat, microwave and air circulation. The sequence runs automatically, so the operator can attend to other tasks while the food cooks.

The chamber measures 305 mm across, 305 mm deep and 185 mm high, giving a usable space that accommodates standard catering trays and plates. The exterior footprint of 460 mm width, 675 mm depth and 661 mm height fits on most worktops without requiring additional ventilation.

Construction is a single-phase 230 V connection drawing 3.5 kW, which matches the standard circuit found in professional kitchens. The maximum temperature of 280 °C opens processes from baking and roasting to rapid reheating and finishing.

Cleaning follows from the parts supplied. The perforated Teflon basket and grill plate are removed and washed separately, while the chamber interior is wiped down after each service. The round perforated washer and pizza tray are dishwasher-safe, reducing manual scrubbing.
