This stainless-steel trolley is designed to transport and store up to ten 60x40 mm baskets or gastronorm pans. It moves smoothly on four swivel castors, making it easy to navigate through tight kitchen spaces without damaging floors.

The frame features vertical L-shaped guides that secure each basket or pan in place, preventing movement during transit. The upright positioning allows air to circulate, aiding drying and reducing moisture build-up.

Baskets or pans slide into the guides from the front or side, locking into place without extra fastenings. The trolley's castors swivel independently, enabling sharp turns, and can be fitted with brakes for stability when stationary.

Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, the trolley resists corrosion and is simple to clean in wet environments. Its open design avoids trapped debris, and four bumpers protect surfaces from scuffs.

Operation is manual—no power or programming is needed. The trolley's capacity matches a full dishwasher load, reducing trips between washing and storage areas. At 25 kg, it's light enough for one person to move when empty. Its dimensions (672 mm wide, 522 mm deep, 1603 mm high) ensure it fits through standard doorways and under worktops.

Cleaning involves removing debris and wiping surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The smooth, open frame prevents dirt accumulation, so no disassembly is required.

An optional kit adds two castors with brakes for a surcharge. This upgrade is available on request.
