Assembly begins with the four legs, each formed from a 40×40 mm steel profile. The legs are bolted to corner brackets, creating a rigid frame that resists wobble under load. Once the frame is assembled, the worktop and shelf are secured to the brackets, completing the table. This collapsible design allows the table to be disassembled for transport or storage, then reassembled on site without specialised tools.

The operator loads the worktop with ingredients, cutting boards or small appliances, while the shelf below holds containers, trays or backup stock. The absence of an edge around the worktop allows items to slide on and off without obstruction, and also simplifies cleaning by eliminating corners where debris could collect.
