A buffet module streamlines food and drink service without on-site cooking. It offers a sturdy worktop, storage beneath, and display space above. The worktop supports trays, urns, or chafing dishes at an ergonomic height for guests, while shelves and drawers keep essentials like cutlery and napkins accessible for staff. A back panel protects walls from splashes and provides a surface for branding. Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven floors, and side extensions or angle modules allow multiple units to form a continuous line. The design prioritises functionality, with every component tailored to the menu and venue layout.

To assemble the ROCAM BREAK module, position it on the floor and adjust the feet for level. Attach selected options—such as splashboards, shelves, or drawers—using the modular Click Catch® system. Secure the worktop covering, then arrange trays or urns on the shelves and stock the drawers with service items. If connecting multiple units, use the 90° or square angle fittings. Adjust additional shelves to suit display needs. During service, staff restock supplies from below while guests serve themselves from the worktop.

The laminated wood panels are available in multiple colours to complement décor or brand identity. The structure is painted sheet metal, offered in smooth gloss or textured matt finishes, with standard RAL options. The packing size reflects the space needed for delivery and assembly, and the base unit weighs 58 kg—additional options may increase this. Height-adjustable feet accommodate uneven floors, and the skirting option hides gaps for a polished appearance. Optional key locking secures compartments when unattended.

Cleaning involves wiping laminated surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, avoiding abrasives. Stainless steel worktop coverings, if fitted, can be sanitised with standard kitchen cleaners. Drawers and shelves should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent dust or spills. The Click Catch® system allows components to be removed for thorough cleaning or replacement without full disassembly.

The BREAK module adapts to various setups, including breakfast buffets, coffee breaks, operator-served stations, or show cooking, depending on the chosen options. It is part of ROCAM's modular catering furniture range, designed for flexibility in professional kitchens and front-of-house areas.
