Cable retainer LF 5106321

A retainer cable holds internal wiring in place inside professional icemakers and isothermal containers. Without it, cables can shift during operation, vibrate against moving parts or come loose when the unit is moved. The retainer is a simple loop or clip that clamps the wiring harness to a fixed point on the chassis, keeping every wire in its correct position and preventing chafing or short circuits.

The operator does not interact with the retainer cable during normal use. It is installed once, during assembly or repair, by threading the cable around the wiring bundle and securing it to the designated fixing point on the appliance frame.
