Black knob SAECO L3241512

A control knob is the direct link between the operator and the appliance. It turns the internal mechanism that sets temperature, timer or power level, translating a simple twist into precise adjustments. On electric catering equipment, the knob typically connects to a potentiometer or a rotary switch, which regulates the current flowing to the heating element or motor. This allows the chef to fine-tune the cooking process without interrupting workflow, ensuring consistent results across batches.

To use the knob, the operator aligns it with the pointer or marker on the panel, presses it gently onto the splined shaft, and secures it with the fixing screw if one is present. Once fitted, turning the knob clockwise increases the setting, while turning it anticlockwise decreases it. The operator monitors the display or indicator lights to confirm the desired setting has been reached, then proceeds with cooking or holding.

This SAECO knob is constructed in black plastic with a smooth, ergonomic grip. The 51 mm diameter provides a comfortable turning radius for frequent adjustments during service.

The knob is a direct replacement for ROLLER GRILL appliances, including convection ovens, electric fryers, fry tops, gyros grills, hot cupboards, panini grills, pizza doors, pot stoves, rotisseries, salamanders, sausage grills and toasters. The exact fit ensures the original functionality is restored without modification to the appliance.
