A modular bar station organises drink preparation by providing a dedicated worktop with integrated storage and service space. The unit stands at counter height, allowing staff to mix, garnish and serve without moving between separate surfaces. Its length accommodates multiple bottles, glass racks and small appliances while keeping everything within arm's reach, reducing steps and speeding service during busy periods.
The station is assembled from standardised modules that bolt together on site. Each module carries its own weight, so the combined unit can be positioned against a wall or used as a freestanding island. Adjustable feet level the station on uneven floors, preventing spills and ensuring stable glassware.
To use the station, staff load bottles, tools and garnishes onto the worktop and into any fitted cupboards or shelves. Glasses are placed on racks or directly on the surface. During service, the worktop holds shakers, strainers and pourers while the lower shelf or cupboard stores backup stock. After service, the station is cleared, wiped down and restocked for the next shift.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for resistance to spills, heat and frequent cleaning. The material does not absorb odours or stains, and its smooth surface allows quick sanitising between shifts.
The 1240 mm length provides space for two or three bartenders to work side by side without crowding, while the 600 mm depth keeps everything within easy reach. The 500 mm height matches standard bar counters, allowing the station to integrate with existing service areas or stand alone as a mobile unit when fitted with castors.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the worktop and any visible surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Stainless steel does not require sealing or polishing, and its non-porous finish prevents bacterial growth between uses.
