This bain marie trolley maintains food at serving temperature using a water-filled well. Heat from elements beneath the well transfers gently through the water, preventing hot spots and keeping food moist. The system ensures sauces remain smooth and vegetables retain their color without drying out or burning during service.

The unit accommodates up to three GN 1/1 pans, each with a maximum depth of 200 mm. A front-mounted thermostat allows temperature settings between +30 °C and +90 °C, with a double indicator light showing power and target temperature status. A drain cock at the base enables easy water removal after use.

The well features rounded edges for straightforward cleaning and double-insulated walls to minimise heat loss. A heat-resistant push handle ensures safe movement, while a side hook secures the power cable when not in use. Four corner bumpers protect surfaces, and two silent polyamide castors with brakes provide stability and mobility.

Constructed entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, the trolley includes a removable front control panel. The assembled dimensions are 1255 × 712 × 873 mm. It operates on a 230 V single-phase supply, drawing 2.25 kW. With a total weight of 66 kg, the trolley is designed for quiet, stable movement across kitchen floors.

Optional extras include stainless steel dividers for GN 1/1 and GN 1/2 pans, foldable tray slides, and a full dish holder for the short side. A UK plug is available at an additional cost.
