H-600mm
A pre-rinse shower clears plates, pots and utensils with a sharp jet of hot water before they enter the dishwasher. The mixer blends hot and cold supplies at the tap, giving instant control over temperature and flow without waiting for a boiler or a separate valve. The swinging spout lets the operator direct the jet across a full sink or a wide tray, while the clinical lever is shaped for quick, hygienic operation with the back of the hand or the wrist when gloves are worn.
The ERA207 mounts through two holes in the worktop, spaced 155 mm apart. The operator turns the lever to start the water, adjusts the mix to the desired temperature, then swings the spout over the load. The jet loosens food debris, grease and detergent residue, reducing the need for manual scraping and cutting the time each rack spends in the machine. When the load is clean, the lever is returned to the off position and the spout can be left in any position without dripping.
The unit is built as a compact assembly for tight spaces. The spout swings through a full arc on a 20 mm diameter stem, extending 250 mm from the mounting point. A PA6 plastic lever resists heat, chemicals and repeated cleaning without corroding or staining. The shower hand is fixed directly to the mixer body, eliminating extra joints that could trap food particles. A 351 mm flexible tube connects the mixer to the water supplies, allowing the unit to be positioned without rigid pipework.
The single control lever adjusts both temperature and flow rate in one movement. Pulling the lever forward increases flow; rotating it left or right changes the mix between hot and cold. The clinical shape prevents accidental operation when the operator is handling dirty dishes or reaching across the sink.
The 600 mm overall height keeps the spout clear of deep sinks and tall containers while fitting under standard overhead cupboards. The fixed 155 mm hole spacing matches common worktop cut-outs, so the unit can replace older pre-rinse mixers without additional drilling.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the spout, lever and body with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each shift. The PA6 plastic and stainless steel surfaces resist staining and do not require polishing. The flexible supply tube should be checked periodically for kinks or wear, and replaced if the outer cover shows cracks or abrasion.
