A shower mixer blends hot and cold water at the tap, delivering a controlled stream for rinsing produce, cleaning equipment or sanitising surfaces. The MONOLITH ERA252 unit fits directly above a worktop or sink, drawing water from the building supply and mixing it to the temperature the operator selects. Because the water is blended before it leaves the spout, the flow is steady and splashing is reduced, which keeps the surrounding area cleaner and drier.

The operator turns the single lever to open the water and adjust the temperature in one movement. When the lever is centred, the water is off; moving it left or right increases the proportion of hot or cold water until the desired warmth is reached. The lever can be operated with one hand, leaving the other free to hold a tray, a basket or a hose attachment.

The ERA252 is built as a compact, self-contained block that mounts on the wall or on a short bracket. Its small footprint allows it to be installed in tight corners or above narrow sinks where a larger mixer would not fit. The construction is designed for frequent use in environments where hygiene is critical, so surfaces are smooth and corners are rounded to reduce places where dirt can collect.

Cleaning follows from the materials and shape: wipe the spout and lever daily with a damp cloth and a mild sanitiser to remove water marks and food residues. The absence of crevices or hidden parts means there are no areas that require disassembly or special tools. The unit is sized for smaller workspaces, so it does not obstruct the worktop or interfere with adjacent equipment.
