Water mixer MONOLITH EROS003

An automatic water faucet removes the need to touch a tap handle, reducing cross-contamination and streamlining workflow. The unit uses an infrared sensor to detect motion beneath the spout; when hands or a vessel enter the detection zone, the valve opens and water flows. As soon as the object leaves the zone, the valve closes, stopping the flow without manual intervention. This method conserves water and keeps the tap handle clean, which is especially useful in busy kitchens and bar stations where hygiene and speed are critical.

To use the EROS003, position the vessel or hands directly under the spout. The sensor activates the solenoid valve, delivering water at mains pressure. No manual adjustment is required; the flow stops automatically once the hands or container move away. The compact height of 445 mm fits beneath standard overhead cupboards, making it suitable for both domestic kitchens and commercial bar setups where space is limited.

The faucet is constructed to withstand frequent use in environments where water is constantly drawn. Its design integrates the sensor and valve into a single unit, minimising moving parts and simplifying maintenance. The height specification ensures compatibility with most sinks and worktops, allowing for straightforward installation without modifying existing plumbing layouts.

Cleaning involves wiping the spout and sensor window with a damp cloth to remove splashes and limescale build-up. The absence of a manual handle reduces areas where grime can accumulate, making daily upkeep quicker than with conventional taps.

The EROS003 is categorised under automatic water faucets, offering a hands-free solution for settings where hygiene and operational efficiency are priorities.
