10 liters bain-marie thermo-heater
A milk heater maintains dairy at the exact serving temperature without scorching or separation. The appliance circulates warm water around an inner vat, transferring heat evenly to the milk. This water-jacket principle prevents hot spots and keeps the milk homogeneous, ready for coffee service or hot chocolate throughout the shift.
The operator fills the 10 litre inner container through the top opening, then sets the adjustable thermostat to the desired temperature. Once the water jacket reaches the set point, the heater cycles on and off to hold that level. Milk is dispensed through the hermetically sealed faucet, which closes tightly to prevent drips and contamination between uses.
The body is constructed from stainless steel, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and ease of sanitising.
The 1.5 kW power rating indicates the load on the electrical circuit; the unit plugs into a standard 230 V single-phase supply found in most professional kitchens. The 10 litre volume suits cafés and small canteens that serve multiple hot drinks in succession. At 9 kg, the heater is light enough to move between worktops or storage cupboards without special equipment. The footprint of 310 mm depth, 420 mm width and 510 mm height fits beneath standard overhead shelves and above under-counter storage.
Cleaning involves emptying the milk vat, rinsing with warm water, and wiping the stainless steel surfaces with a non-abrasive cloth. The faucet disassembles for thorough sanitising, and the water jacket should be drained and refilled periodically to prevent scale build-up.
The catalogue places the TM-10 in the beverage preparation section alongside coffee machines and hot-water boilers.
