BHS stainless steel wall shelf. Modular and durable construction, adjustable length and depth dimensions, manufacturing according to individual drawings and projects.
A wall-mounted shelf system organises ingredients, utensils and small equipment within arm's reach without occupying floor space. The shelf is fixed to the wall with brackets that transfer the load directly to the masonry, so the unit stays level and secure even when fully loaded. Stainless steel construction resists corrosion and withstands frequent cleaning with hot water and sanitisers, making it suitable for food-handling areas.
The LSX1-200/40/30 configuration provides a single shelf 2000 mm long and 400 mm deep, supported by three wall brackets. The operator places items directly on the shelf surface; no assembly or adjustment is required after installation. The shelf remains stable under the stated load capacity, allowing safe storage of heavy containers or stacked trays.
Installation begins by marking the bracket positions on the wall, drilling and fixing the brackets with suitable anchors. The shelf is then lowered onto the brackets and secured with the supplied fasteners. Once mounted, the shelf is ready for immediate use.
The 2000 mm length spans a typical worktop or prep area, while the 400 mm depth leaves enough room for standard gastronorm trays or ingredient bins. The 50 kg load rating indicates the maximum distributed weight the shelf can carry without risk of deformation or detachment. The 300 mm overall height is measured from the wall to the top of the shelf edge, giving a clear vertical space beneath for other equipment or storage.
Stainless steel surfaces are wiped down with a damp cloth and mild detergent; abrasive pads or bleach are not needed. The shelf and brackets are removed for thorough cleaning if required, though the smooth finish discourages dirt accumulation.
Additional sizes are available to match different room layouts, and custom lengths or depths can be manufactured to order. The system is part of the Novameta LSX modular range, allowing future expansion with matching shelves and accessories.
