Cooker hoods operate by drawing cooking fumes and grease particles away from the cooking area. This model features a cyclonic filter, which uses centrifugal force to separate grease from the air. This method is effective at removing up to 95% of grease particles, helping to maintain a cleaner kitchen environment. The filtered air is then expelled from the premises via an exhaust system.

The sequence of use involves positioning the hood above the cooking equipment. The hood is then activated, drawing air upwards. Grease particles are captured by the cyclonic filter.
