A professional cooker hood that removes grease particles from the air by spinning them against the walls of a stainless-steel cyclone.

The cyclonic filter works on centrifugal force: as the air is drawn in, the curved path forces heavier grease droplets outward until they stick to the filter surface. This method captures up to 95% of airborne grease, reducing duct fouling and fire risk without relying on disposable filters.

To use the hood, switch on the motor and the built-in LED lighting. The removable grease tray collects the separated particles for emptying; an exhaust damper adjusts the airflow rate to match the cooking load. When multiple hoods are installed side by side, a single connection can link them into one ventilation circuit.

The entire canopy is fabricated from 0.8–1.0 mm AISI 304 stainless steel, including the cyclone, the grease tray and the powder-coated exterior panels. The LED lighting is rated IP65, protecting it from water and steam, and delivers 500 lux at the worktop.

The 900 mm width and 675 m³/h maximum exhaust rate suit medium to large professional kitchens. The 315 mm exhaust collar connects to standard ductwork, and the 480 mm height clears most hobs while keeping the canopy within reach for cleaning.

Maintenance is limited to washing the stainless-steel cyclone and grease tray in a dishwasher or by hand. The powder-coated panels wipe clean with a damp cloth. No disposable filters are required, so running costs stay low.

The HNPA 900 is available in custom widths from 700 mm to 1400 mm in 10 mm steps, and in both wall-mounted and island configurations.
