The machine is equipped with an automatic cleaning time controller, allowing the processing time to be adjusted for different products. Once the set time has elapsed, the machine stops automatically. The gentle discharge system, with a slow restart function, helps prevent product damage and preserve quality, including reducing the risk of discoloration in potatoes stored for longer periods.

The MINI-FLOTT 35 housing is made of stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion and intensive use. The machine operates with a 400 V three-phase electric motor. An adjustable water inlet valve helps reduce water consumption, while the simple control system ensures easy operation. Its compact design allows the machine to be installed on a worktop.

For safe operation, the machine features an automatic stop system that stops operation when the loading lid, top cover or discharge flap is opened. Additional safety is provided by protection against accidental restarting after a power failure. The machine has an IP67 protection rating.
