Combi vegetable cutter.
One-speed motor block.
4.4 L cutter bowl.
This vegetable cutter combines a feed chute and cutting bowl in one compact design, allowing both continuous and batch processing without reconfiguration. A variable-speed motor maintains steady torque across its range, ensuring uniform cuts whether slicing, dicing, or grating. The system adjusts automatically to load, preventing stalling and delivering consistent results throughout operation.
Operation begins with selecting a preset programme—dense texture, fine texture, or pulse mode—via the control panel. The bowl locks into position, the chosen blade is fitted, and the feed chute is aligned. Produce is fed through the opening, processed, and collected in the bowl. Once complete, the bowl is removed for emptying and cleaning.
The unit features a stainless-steel frame with a polypropylene bowl and a transparent lid to minimise splash and noise. The 89 cm² feed opening accommodates whole vegetables without pre-cutting.
The control panel includes a digital display and push-button controls for speed, programme selection, and pulse duration. Custom programmes can be saved for repeat use, ensuring identical results for standardised recipes.
Powered by a 0.8 kW motor on a 220 V single-phase circuit, the cutter weighs 15.2 kg, making it easy to reposition. Its dimensions—378 mm wide and 309 mm deep—allow placement on a standard worktop or mobile stand. The 4.4 L bowl holds sufficient produce for a single batch.
Cleaning involves removing the bowl and blades, rinsing under water, and wiping the feed chute and lid. The sealed motor block resists water ingress, permitting safe surface cleaning. Blades should be dried and stored separately to avoid corrosion.
Optional smooth and perforated blades extend cutting versatility, while serrated blades are supplied as standard.
